COVID-19 Our Response

As we continue to navigate the changing COVID-19 (coronavirus) restrictions, we would like to take the time to update you all on current changes and health measures being taken to protect the health and well-being of our team, customers and the wider community. We continue to trade online as normal so keep buying and we’ll keep sending. The Australian Government still has some restrictions in place but we feel close to being back to business as usual.

Our head office, manufacturing and production teams continue to operate and remain unaffected. We have practical measures in place to support team members with full ability to work remotely and are ensuring all precautions and advice from local authorities are being followed. We are committed to remaining reactive during this fluid situation and will update you all when necessary.

PRODUCTS

With all our products being farmed, sourced and bottled locally here in Australia, we are unaffected by closing borders and import concerns, therefore have protected supply to meet ongoing demand so that you can continue to shop as per usual. Our customer service team are still on-hand and available to assist in any way possible.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our skin experts are all working remotely and will still be available everyday via online chat, email and through social media DMs to assist you with your skin concerns, product questions and anything else you may require.

PACKING ORDERS

Orders are being dispatched daily from our Northern NSW based head office with our team ensuring all appropriate health and hygiene standards are being exceeded.

DELIVERIES

We are still shipping Worldwide. Australia Post and DHL have implemented social distancing deliveries. They will deliver your order and sign for you in your presence to limit contact. We now require a mobile number / email address for all international orders.

BIOLOGI BOTTLE SWAP

We are still accepting recycling via post, however, to protect our team, we will not process any recycling for up to two weeks after it has been received.
