As we approach the time of year for declaring our love to those around us, we absolutely LOVE that once again, love is in the air!

But while Valentine’s Day is traditionally a time for showing our nearest and dearest the extent of our appreciation, we also know there’s no one more important to shower with love than YOU!

Yes, YOU!

So let’s put everyone else aside just for a moment. Here are our seven tips for self-love to show yourself just how much you care this Valentine’s Day!

1)Soak in a warm bath

We love nothing more than blocking out the busyness of the day with a relaxing soak in the bath.
