Returns & Refunds
Biologi will accept returns if you have been sent an incorrect product, you need to provide proof of purchase (order receipt), and request for returns are to be completed within 7 days of shipment.
Due to the purity and potency of the ingredients we use, Biologi cannot accept opened/used items.
Limited Edition items and special promotion items are considered final sale.
To issue a return, please submit a request for return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer care representative will authorize the request and provide you with return instructions.
A credit will be issued within 14 days of your package’s arrival back to our facility. You will be notified by e-mail once this is completed.
Biologi is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Biologi reserves the right to deny a refund to products that have been previously used.
Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. For products purchased from a stockist, please consult their store policies.
