BR OIL IS ALL YOUR SKIN NEEDS – WHY WE’LL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER OIL
In August of this year, the first oil in the Biologi range was launched to the public.
Responding to consumer demand for a facial oil, BR Organic Rosehip Oil is already receiving incredible feedback.
“Absolutely amazing product,” says Kelsey.
“It’s super moisturising, feels great to use and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky,” says Leia.
We often get asked if we’ll make a cleanser, sunscreen, foundation and all the other staples in your product cabinet. The truth is, we won’t create anything that doesn’t align with our brand promise to provide 100% active single-plant ingredient products.
And that extends to oils.
So not only was Br Organic Rosehip Oil our first oil, but it was also our last.
Why we chose rosehip oil
Our goal is to provide the skin only with what it needs to achieve optimal health rather than a concoction of unnecessary ingredients.
We chose rosehip oil because its botanical source, rosa canina, most closely resembles the skin’s internal function. Rosehip oil therefore naturally provides a whole range of benefits in one application that most other oils can’t.
The potent combination of natural nutrients which include essential fatty acids linoleic acid Omega-3, linoleic acid Omega-6 and Omega-9. Vitamin E. Lycopene. Beta carotene. It contains the natural form of Vitamin A, tretinoin or all-trans-retinoic acid, provide the following benefits:
Ideal for sensitised skin
Rosehip oil is abundant in essential fatty acids and nutrients that promote healthy cellular turnover. While the natural activity hydrates and nourishes cells, rosehip oil is gentle enough that it won’t irritate already sensitised skin in a way that other oils can.
Maximum antioxidant potential
Br oil nourishes and protects cells in the most effective way. A far superior source of natural vitamin E than any other oil available, rosehip increases antioxidant protection on the skin to protect against harmful environmental toxin and pollution.
If you have an oily skin type, it can seem illogical to apply more oil to your face. Rosehip oil contains anthocyanin, a flavonoid responsible for restoring damaged skin and repairing connective tissue.
When applied topically, the natural nutrient can reduce redness and enhance the skin’s natural glow also reducing the obvious signs of breakouts.
Cells naturally hydrate themselves, but skin types more prone to dryness will benefit from applying an oil containing natural fatty acids to strengthen cell walls and lock in moisture.
We don’t need to add synthetics
Rosehip oil in its pure form has everything the skin needs to brighten complexion, hydrate, defy the signs of ageing and reduce blemishes. We don’t need to add any synthetics to achieve all the powerful benefits for your skin.
What’s the difference between Br Organic Rosehip Oils and conventional rosehip oils?
There are many rosehip oils on the market giving consumers lots of choices.
The difference with Br oil and conventional rosehip oil is the extraction method.
Cold pressing is a method of extracting oil with a seed press. By removing exposure of extracts to extreme heat, the integrity of the natural nutrients is protected, leading to a higher nutritional content of the oil and therefore more potent benefits to your skin.
To align with the Biologi promise to only give consumers what they need for healthy skin, our unique extraction methods preserve valuable fats, proteins and nutrients required for skin health making it the most natural, unrefined rosehip oil on the market.
Regardless of which Biologi serum you use, the potent actives in rosehip oil compliment the actives in the plant ingredients which is why your skin doesn’t NEED another oil.
And if your skin doesn’t need it, we won’t ever make it!
